The roofing experts at MLW All Phase Construction & Roofing recently completed a leaky roof replacement for a residential customer in Athens, located in Clarke County GA.
The homeowner had noticed some leaks inside of his home. There were several spots that had some leaking and the paint was starting to peel in one area. He asked a friend of his if he knew of any reputable roofing contractors in the area and he recommended us. He called us right away to have us take a look.
We got up on his roof and determined that he had definite storm damage. This was good news for him because it meant he had a shot at having insurance pick up most of the cost for his roof replacement. We took the lead on the insurance claim process to save him the headache. We were able to secure a new roof pus sheet rock repair in addition to painting the room inside that had paint damage. This was all paid for by insurance less his deductible!
He liked the new asphalt shingle roof so much that he contracted us to pressure wash his home, replace his rotten siding and trim and paint the entire exterior siding and trim.
