Marty Whitehead is the president and founder of MLW All Phase Construction & Roofing, a company he established over 27 years ago.

Quickly Realizing that he had to differentiate his company to succeed. His vision was and is simple: To grow his company by providing quality, affordable work and to obtain 100% customer satisfaction.

Our Saint Simons Team has over 15 years of combined experience in the roofing industry.

Our operations manager Nathan is driven by ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction. In his time in construction, he has moved from purchasing/logistics to the superintendent and now manages all roofing services we offer. He lives in Saint Simons with his wife and daughter and is originally from Athens.

Patrick, our senior estimator, is a 3rd generation roofing estimator. He enjoys the complexity of the trade and knows that no two roofs are alike. His background is in blueprints, sales, and pre-construction, and has a knack for technology. He lives in Brunswick with his wife and is a native of Connecticut.

MLW has grown and evolved, but Marty’s vision has not changed. Through his commitment to excellence and dedication to professionalism, Marty and the company have continued to exceed customer expectations through hard work based on integrity, ingenuity, and reliability.
