We had the pleasure of working with MLW last year on a complete gutting and remodel of a small house in the 5 Pts area of Athens.The house was taken from a 3 bedroom 1 bath to a 2/2.Parts of the ceiling were taken up to the rafters and walls were removed to open up the living and kitchen areas.MLW was a pleasure to work with from the beginning.They were very professional and had a great attention to detail. I’ve never used MLW but have worked with Marty on many occasions on his jobs. First thing that comes to mind is that he has the job ready when he says he will. Second thing is he pays promptly. You might ask why I’d leave this review? Because knowing both ends of the job site I can say doing your job with good scheduling and paying your subs will result in a finished product that any homeowner would be proud of. A few months ago I looked out my front window and saw a grow of 7 or 8 people working on my neighbor James Woolf’s roof. I walked across the street and asked a couple of the workers how I might get an estimate for my roof. That is how the excellent experience working with Key Colley and MLW ALL PHASE began.
